Most of us can agree that if we are going to reach more people with the Gospel, our churches need to be more outwardly focused. However, maintaining an outwardly focus is difficult as we tend to fix our focus on 7-day increments rather than 7-year increments.
The truth is that even if we develop a strong outward focus, it will have limited impact if it isn’t matched with an outward plan that is forward-thinking and forward-moving.
